How photos are received

All clients will receive their photos ( final copies ) two separate ways. Email: clients will receive all photos via email. Custom Link: clients will receive a link created specifically the event with all photos from the event ( downloadable for free ) this link can be shared with anyone who wants to view or download the pictures from the event.

$110 Per hour

Includes: Photographer 25-50 pictures per hour, strobe light setup, on camera flash, picture edits, touch ups, 1 month online gallery ( custom link ), travel fee.

Shooting Process

The photographer will wear proper attire according to the event and arrive ( 25 minutes before start of event ) our photographers are required to take pictures from Start to Finish. They are responsible for all Setup Photos- this includes tables, chairs, plates, silverware/dining appliances, backdrops, Beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic, food, pastries and the event space/room, Individual Photos- this includes single photos of everyone in attendance, Paired Photos- this includes photos with only 2 people and Group Photos- this includes photos that contain 3 people or more. In addition to those specific categories our photographers are also required to capture the event as a whole this includes photos of the entire event as it happens, people hugging, laughing, crying, dancing, talking, speaking and playing games.

Our Policies

  • We Require a 40% deposit to secure all dates and times with the remaining balance due 4 days before the event date. All Payments must to be paid via invoice or cash, clients will receive a receipt upon payment

  • All deposits are nun refundable, in the event clients wishes to cancel services all payments made outside of the deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days. It is important to note this policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our services and ensure the highest quality of our work. Your deposit goes towards securing the date and time of the service you need, for this reason the photographer or videographer must turn down any client that inquires about that date & time this results in a loss of sale/sales for that specific date & time which is why the deposit is nun refundable because it not only secures the date & time for the Client but also secures the photographer/videographer payment for potential loss of sales. In the event we have to cancel for what ever reason the client will be entitled to a full refund including the deposit

  • All pictures and videos have a 2-6 day turnaround time, this means clients will receive all photos and videos via email and custom link within 2-6 days after the event no later than 6 days.

  • Our cancelation policy is distend to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate such situations while also respecting our commitment to our clients and our schedule. All cancellations must be made within 2 weeks of the event date to aviod $40 deduction from 2nd payment.

  • Clients can reschedule 1 time without being charged, in the event a client has to reschedule more than once will be required to pay a $45 rescheduling fee. this does not include switching time on the same date so in the event a client event has to start 2 hours late or early they will not be charged an additional fee however this may result in a conflict of schedule if the photographer/videographer is unavailable for the new requested time.
