Highlight Video

2-3 minute highlight video that inlcudes special moments/ highlights from the prom send off leading up to the arrival at prom.

Make Up Artist

Natural Face: Light foundation, lashes, lip stick or lip gloss and contour.

Simple Glam: Foundation, Lashes, Eyeshadow, lippie and contour.

Full Glam/Beat: Foundation, Glitter, short or long lashes, up to 5 rhinestones, Eyeshadow, Lippie, Contour, Creative design..

Deposit: The total price of this package is $400 we require a $150 deposit to secure the date and time with the remaining balance of $250 due 5 days before prom date.

Turnaround Time:

All pictures and videos have a 2-6 day turnaround time, this means clients will receive all photos and videos via email and custom link within 2-6 days after the event no later than 6 days.

Clients will receive final edits ( photos & video ) in 2 different ways. the first way is via email which clients can save for future use, the second way is via custom link ( valid for 1 month after event ) this link will have all the photos and video from the event that’s viewable and downloadable to anyone with the link. ALL PRINTED SERVICES MUST BE REQUESTED.

Refund: All deposits are nun refundable any payments made outside of the deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days. It is important to note your deposit goes towards securing the date and time of the service you need, for this reason the photographer or videographer must turn down any client that inquires about that date & time this results in a loss of sale/sales for that specific date & time which is why the deposit is nun refundable because it not only secures the date & time for the Client but also secures the photographer/videographer payment for potential loss of sales. In the event we have to cancel for what ever reason the client will be entitled to a full refund including the deposit.

Rescheduling: All clients are required to pay a $45 rescheduling fee to which from one date to another. this does not include switching time on the same date so in the event a client event has to start 2 hours late or early they will not be charged an additional fee however this may result in a conflict of schedule if the photographer/videographer is unavailable for the new requested time.

Cancelation: All cancelations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of service date.

We Require a 40% deposit to secure all dates and times with the remaining balance due 4 days before the event date. All Payments must to be paid via invoice or cash, clients will receive a receipt upon payment
All deposits are nun refundable, in the event clients wishes to cancel services all payments made outside of the deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days. It is important to note this policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our services and ensure the highest quality of our work. Our cancelation policy is distend to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate such situations while also respecting our commitment to our clients and our schedule.
